At Motique Motors, our customer satisfaction is a top priority. We invite you to carefully read the following conditions, formulated in compliance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the regulations of the legal guarantee of conformity.
Pursuant to articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery of the product, without the need to provide any reason and without penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary:
Return costs: the direct cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated or unless the customer has been correctly informed before purchase.
Refund: once the product has been received and verified, Motique Motors will refund you within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original order (unless otherwise agreed).

Motique Motors will provide operational instructions for the management of the case (withdrawal, verification, possible restoration of conformity), in compliance with the rights provided by law.
For consumer customers, the legal guarantee of conformity: if the good has a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore compliance without expense through repair or replacement, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

If the customer requests anyway the replacement of the entire item even in the presence of solvable defects (e.g. via component replacement or viable guided repair), Motique Motors can offer a integral gearbox as a courtesy solution, with the Shipping costs required for item exchange are to be borne by the customer.
This option it does not limit or replace the consumer's rights provided for by the legal guarantee of conformity and is proposed exclusively as an organizational/service alternative when restoring conformity is reasonably achievable with less invasive interventions.
Interventions under legal warranty (repair/replacement due to lack of conformity) take place without charges for the consumer, as required by law.
